My Story
Janeil Foy (Alienj) is a prominent figure in the West Michigan breaking community and the owner of Teknique Street Dance Academy. As both a dancer and educator, he has made significant contributions to promoting and preserving breaking and street dance culture.

Known for his creativity and originality as a breaker, Janeil is a member of the 61syx Teknique Crew and actively participates in competitions and performances. His work continues to elevate and innovate the art form while honoring its roots.

Janeil emphasizes the importance of teaching not only technical skill, but also the cultural foundations of breaking. He fosters a strong sense of respect, discipline, and community among his students. His leadership and dedication to youth development earned him the Play Expert of the Year 2024 award from Playground GR.
